Choosing to be happy is the very best thing you can do to improve the quality of your life. Sometimes, itâ€™s easy to be happy.Â Â Other times, we get sidetracked and stuck in the lower emotions. - Your life has been an adventure, with many unique stories and experiences.
- Your smile can brighten someone elseâ€™s day.
- You get to appreciate the beauty of nature for free.
- You get to choose how lifeâ€™s circumstances affect you.
- You have been kind, and done good things. Â There are many reasons why you should be proud of yourself.
- You have accomplished a lot in this lifetime.
