Here are 5 things that will happen to your body when you start drinking this tea!

#1 Improved Digestive Health

Cayenne pepper is excellent for the digestive tract. To start off, it helps the mouth create more saliva which starts the whole digestive process and it stimulates enzyme production. High levels of enzyme production are necessary for a healthy digestive tract and the body’s ability to absorb nutrients and remove toxins. (source)

#2 Pain Relief

Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, is a known anti-inflammatory and pain reliever. This is perfect for those who suffer from chronic pain or an inflammatory disease. Turmeric has been found to work better than prescription medication without the side effects. This means it is healthy to take over extended periods of time.

#3 Increase Cardiovascular Health

Cayenne Pepper helps to lower high blood pressure, clear arteries, and reduce bad cholesterol. If you have had heart problems in the past, this is the drink for you. Just a little every morning could be all you need to keep your heart in good working order!
