  1. Release the existing stress from the body
  2. Release the existing coping mechanisms that may not be our best choices – alcohol, anger, smoking, lashing out or shutting down, eating
  3. Learn new ways to deal with Stress for a happier, healthier YOU!

Did you know that stressful events can even be carried from one lifetime to another or even passed down from your parents?  That is also a part of the stress release process – what if your body is stressed from events that haven’t even happened in this lifetime!!!    What stresses you out -Work, Finances, Relationships, your Health, Life?  You can change it!!
