Smoothies are the perfect solution for the busy person. They are quick to make and packed with nutrients. Plus, they are filling, easy to digest, and very portable!

Here are some of my favorite smoothie recipes. Give them a try!

Peaches and Greens

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen peaches

1 scoop greens powder (orange flavor optional)

1 tbsp raw almond butter

1 Medjool date, pitted

1 ½ cup spring water or nut milk

Tropical Explosion

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

½ cup plain coconut yogurt

1 tbsp raw coconut oil

1 scoop of greens powder (orange flavor optional)

1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder

½ cup of frozen tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, etc.)

½ frozen banana

Chocolate Orange

½ cup chocolate almond milk

½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice

½ avocado

1 tbsp raw organic cacao powder

1 tbsp raw almond butter

1 Medjool date, pitted

1 scoop of greens powder (orange flavor optional)

a small handful of ice

cacao nibs for garnish (optional)

coconut-crazy

Coco Crazy

1 scoop of vegan, vanilla protein powder

1.5 cups coconut water, organic

1 tbsp coconut oil, raw

½ frozen banana

¼ unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tbsp ground flax

Preparation:

The preparation is the same for each of these smoothies. Place everything into your Nutribullet blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth!
