1. Stop Expecting Them to Do the “Right Thing”

Everyone has different morals, ethics and spiritual beliefs. What you believe to be right in a situation may not be right to others. Expecting someone to do right in your eyes will likely end in frustration in situations when right and wrong aren’t clearly defined.

2. Stop Expecting Them to be Perfect

Giving someone else a hard time when they make a mistake only reflects on your own character. Holding grudges can put a strain on your relationship. Allow people to make mistakes and learn from them on their own, and remember not to judge.boss

Even best friends don’t agree on everything, so don’t get upset when someone has an opinion that’s different from yours. Unique perspectives and beliefs are often what keeps creativity flowing and allows better solutions to be found.

While some people are very intuitive to the feelings of others, most aren’t able to know how you’re feeling or what you’re thinking at any given moment. Express yourself clearly so others don’t have to guess your thoughts. Honest and open communication builds stronger minds

Not everyone will understand you, and they don’t need to. As long as you understand who you are, what you’re feeling and what your goals are, being accepted by others isn’t important.
