Your respiratory system is the network of organs and tissues that help you breathe. This system helps your body absorb oxygen from the air so your organs can work. It also cleans waste gases, such as carbon dioxide, from your blood. Common problems include allergies, diseases, or infections.

This can be a great tool to use not only to heal, strengthen and support this body system, but also to run for yourself when you feel like you are coming down with a respiratory affected cold or flu, are already sick and wanting a quicker recovery, are working to heal bacterial and viral patterns, or are wanting an immune boost for prevention/protection when going into crowds, riding on a plane, etc.
