While many of us occasionally struggle with finances, if you find yourself in a vicious cycle of "barely making it", all of life's monetary obligations can seem insurmountable, leading to feelings of desperation, overwhelm, frustration, and inadequacy.

Our relationship to money and our beliefs around creating and manifesting abundance can often be inherited from our family of origin or carried over from past lives. These deviations from our abundant Source are imprinted onto our DNA from ancestral and cultural programming. These beliefs, judgments, conclusions, and outcomes about money become your reality and your vibrational point of attraction. Some people hold the belief that money is abundant, while others believe that money is hard to come by or even evil.

Once belief patterns are solidified, they create an energetic vibration that then draws situations to you that affirm your beliefs. When your body holds the vibration of poverty, scarcity, and lack, you create just that. This can look like constantly having low-paying jobs or finally getting your head above water financially and then your car breaks down, creating the vicious cycle of poverty all over again. This poverty mentality can show up in places outside of your financial means as well. These feelings of lack and poverty can affect your relationships, your opportunities, even your connection with Source and Self.

Oftentimes, these patterns of scarcity and poverty extend to aspects of our lives even beyond money. We begin to see the world as transactional and limited. We start to ignore the blessings we have already and start to focus on what we lack and where we don't have enough. Many people internalize these feelings of lack, beginning to feel they are somehow deficient or undeserving.

In this semi-private clearing, Bonnie Serratore will unravel and clear all of the blocks and restrictions keeping you stuck in this poverty mentality. However, once those feelings wear off, we're not only left with our original feelings of emptiness, but now also have guilt and shame for having spent beyond our means.

Are you afraid to spend money for fear of it never returning?

We often refer to forms of money as "currency", and like something with a current, the energy of money and abundance requires flow and unrestricted movement. When all you do is save money, never spending it to go out with your friends, buy a birthday present for a loved one, or even treat yourself to something you desire, you are giving an energetic message of withholding which often comes from a scarcity mindset. The channels of giving and receiving are one and the same. These energetic pathways are also used to channel the energies of emotional intimacy and support, love, and feelings of connectedness to others, to yourself, and to Source.

For many people, their sense of intrinsic self-worth is tied to how much wealth or possession they can amass. Those who hold this miser mentality feel that anything given to someone else is a loss of self at a core level. Others may tie financial prosperity to personal power, using it as a way to manipulate those around them by rewarding behavior they see as supportive and punishing those who they feel oppose them. All of these negative belief patterns point to a deeper sense of inadequacy and unworthiness, pulling you into a destructive cycle of financial withholding which interrupts the incoming flow of support and connection, thus reinforcing these beliefs of inner lack and feeding the cycle, beginning it once again.

In this semi-private session, Bonnie will get to the root of these deep feelings of deficiency, unworthiness, and stagnation. When we clear out the beliefs associated with money, we can begin to see it as an abundantly flowing currency of love and support, as opposed to a separate entity that we can hoard, control, and use to manipulate others. We begin to view giving and receiving as two sides of the same coin, versus two opposing forces. When we open ourselves to allow for more giving, we find that we are equally supported in receiving financially, emotionally, and spiritually.
