In Module 3 we go deep into the Solar Plexus Chakra, which represents our ability to feel safe expressing our unique personality and desires in the world. Where the Root and Sacral Chakras together represent ‘feeling safe being your unique self, in a body on Earth’, the Solar Plexus brings the ‘outer world’ into the equation, adding the next level of feeling safe: feeling safe being your unique self around others and in the world at large. The ‘Chakra Singing Bowl’ energy tool is used here to ‘triple stack’ the 3 Human Chakras into a more fluid and harmonious relation to each other.
An exercise is presented in this Module called ‘Reasons Why Not’ to prepare for the next module and first encounter with the Hara Line.

THE HARA LINE
In Module 4 we discover and directly experience a deeper level of your Being, a level deeper than your Aura and psycho-emotional reality called the ‘Hara Dimension‘. Also known as ‘The Golden Thread’, this is the Soul level of your Being, the Intentional Field through which the Soul comes into an incarnation with very specific desires and longings. The Hara Line can have various types of damages that hinder our ability to manifest our Soul’s intent and connect to all the earthly resources we need to do so.
This module helps you become much more aware of what is affecting your ability to manifest what you desire, and even more specifically, of which element of the Hara Line is in need of repair or recalibration. Deep work happens here and sets us up for the last module of this series.
