We seek spiritual growth to make our life better. We seek clarity, a path away from fear. We seek inner contentment. So how do you know it\u2019s working?<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<p>Sometimes you notice these<strong>\u00a0\u2018Symptoms of Spiritual Awakening.\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0The biggest thing I see is less worry and less attachment to drama of any kind. I see more synchronicity in my life. Things simply flow better. But, there may be some big changes you have to go through first. Perhaps you need to let go of something or some pattern that has been holding you back. Perhaps you need to face that favorite emotion\u00a0\u2014 anger, victim, insecurity\u2026 own it, love it, and move past it.<\/p>\n<p>In these times we are supported in working through our greatest challenges! You are not alone!<\/p>\n<p>This is a list compiled from many sources\u2014 including my own experiences\u2014 of changes we may experience as we increase our frequency and expand our consciousness to a more awakened state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><em>\u201cThis is the time of emergence\u2026 awakening, a time of breaking through all old\u00a0limitations. We entered the cocoon as a caterpillar and now it is time to burst free as a butterfly!\u201d \u00a0\u2013 Jonette<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CHANGES TO YOUR PHYSICAL BODY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-853 size-medium alignright\" 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><strong>Changes in sleep patterns and dreaming<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>waking up at 3:00 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>needing more (or less) sleep<\/li>\n<li>doing more meditation\/energy work at night<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Physical body feels like it is vibrating<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>physical body is catching up with your harmonic resonance<\/li>\n<li>cells feel electric or as if they are magnetically re-aligning<\/li>\n<li>sensing a field of energy around your body<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Have noticeable changes with ears, nose\u00a0&amp;\u00a0throat<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nose and throat get sensitive and easily irritated<\/li>\n<li>itching in the ears as they pick up subtle vibrations<\/li>\n<li>ringing or buzzing in the ears<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Brain changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>feel more \u2018right-brained\u2019 as new pathways develop<\/li>\n<li>headaches, pain or pressure especially in the third eye<\/li>\n<li>Feel \u2018spacey\u2019 or unconnected to your body<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u201dVibrational Flu\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>low fever, accompanied by body aches (muscles and joints)<\/li>\n<li>tiredness<\/li>\n<li>physical body is adjusting to the changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Changes in diet and weight gains or loss<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>don\u2019t eat as much<\/li>\n<li>choose different foods than before<\/li>\n<li>more easily give up foods that aren\u2019t good for you<\/li>\n<li>give up drinking alcohol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Irregular heart beat or heart palpitations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sudden heat that isn\u2019t a hot flash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>More need for exercise and being outdoors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical awkwardness, clumsiness, dropping things<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CHANGES IN YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS \u2013 AWARENESS, PERCEPTION AND\u00a0MANIFESTATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-850 size-medium\" realities, different time\/space<\/li>\n<li>greater intuition and synchronicity<\/li>\n<li>feel communications with animals and even plants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Time holes (wrinkles) \u2014Things happen faster or slower than normal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lose time, forget what you are doing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience vast, abrupt, and unexpected shifts of consciousness and\u00a0acceleration of perception<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sensation that your\u00a0life\u00a0feels new and different<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>deep happiness or \u2018uncaused well-being\u2019<\/li>\n<li>challenges are handled in new and better ways, with a wiser and more insightful attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Easily sense altered states of higher frequencies than your normal range of hearing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Integration of other aspects or personality projections from your own past\u00a0and future lives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Electrical appliances, computers, cell phones, cars, etc. having unusual and unexplainable problems when you are around \u2013 many times they fix themselves<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CHANGES IN\u00a0YOUR\u00a0EMOTIONAL BODY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright anxiety, fears, crying, or turbulent emotions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you may be clearing past karmic emotions<\/li>\n<li>experience emotions from the collective that aren\u2019t yours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Feeling emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually stronger and clearer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>more forgiving<\/li>\n<li>less need for drama or over attachments<\/li>\n<li>fewer fears, guilt or worry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Undesirable habits and emotions may fall away while new skills and abilities may appear, and new interests may
