Here’s my biggest lesson of 2018:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

1) To relax and bring love into everything.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/b>I learned this a few different ways. First there have been a few areas that kept coming up for me in 2018. One of them is putting myself under too much stress about things. I\u00a0started to work with a few different healers (like\u00a0Jarrad Hewett<\/a>, Joy Baker,\u00a0Christopher Macklin<\/a>,\u00a0Valerie Pearson<\/a>,\u00a0Lynn Waldrop.com<\/a>,\u00a0Maya Boston<\/a>\u00a0and many others)…this really has opened up quite a few ‘downloads’ for me. The underlying truth of so much of why we struggle is that we fail to bring the circle of love to the energies that don’t feel ‘good’. This can be done for ABSOLUTELY anything, I believe.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
We no longer have to struggle in suffering for age old feelings. These feelings are only held in ‘incompleteness’ through our own bio energetic field. We can bring these feelings into completeness by fully examining, honoring, and loving them.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
There is nothing to continually suffer through… so long as we bring light to feeling and love… we will begin to shift out of it into the luminosity of our soul. It sounds esoteric… but its as much of a physical process as brushing your teeth!<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
