What is Abundance and How Do We Manifest Abundance in our Lives?<\/h3>\n

Two Key things you must know about Abundance\u2026<\/h2>\n

First, as\u00a0Eckhart\u00a0Tolle said in his book \u2018The New Earth\u2019:<\/p>\n

\u201cYou cannot manifest what you want; you can only manifest what you already have\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This seems to be a paradox, but it means that to\u00a0manifest<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0abundance you have to\u00a0feel\u00a0<\/i><\/strong>abundant.\u00a0 Everything is already in the Quantum field waiting to manifest, you just have to connect with it at the matching vibrational frequency.<\/p>\n

Belief in scarcity or lack is the fear of \u2018not enough\u2019. Not enough money, not enough time, and (about ourselves) not good enough, not rich enough, not thin enough etc. Lack of self-worth is the primary block to your abundance and building self-worth is essential if you want to achieve your dreams.<\/p>\n

Second, until you\u00a0express gratitude for everything<\/b>\u00a0that you have\u00a0NOW<\/b>, you will never achieve the level of abundance that is your birthright\u2026<\/p>\n

There are many myths and misunderstandings about Abundance so let\u2019s clear up some of these by first looking at\u00a0Five Things Abundance is<\/b>\u00a0Not:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The Myths of Abundance<\/h2>\n

  1. Extravagance and Excess \u2013 throwing money or resources around.<\/strong>\u00a0Extravagance is often an emotional outlet for an emotional need (lack). Extravagance is not the same as generosity. Excess in one area indicates lack in another.<\/li>\n
  2. Waste \u2013 the outcome of excess.<\/strong>\u00a0It shows a\u00a0lack of appreciation<\/b>\u00a0for your resources (gifts). When you consume to excess, you waste resources. When you appreciate your resources you use them consciously and receive an abundance of value from them.<\/li>\n
  3. Frugality is meanness or lack of generosity.<\/strong>\u00a0There is a passage in the Tao Te Ching that says \u201cFrugality allows generosity\u201d. It is through valuing your resources and using them mindfully that your abundance grows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
