Six Simple Ways to Reconnect with Spirit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>9Cherie Roe Dirksen from <a href=\"http:\/\/consciouslifenews.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Conscious Life News<\/a> writes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>System Reboot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t know about you, but I\u2019ve kind of slipped off the bandwagon lately with regards to \u2018me\u2019 time.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know if its got to do with moving house and having an endless list of things to do or being in the midst of the silly season but quiet, reflective time is relatively scarce.<\/p>\n<p>Or is it?<\/p>\n<p>I realized that all that is really needed when we fall from the above-mentioned carriage is to get up and dust off.\u00a0 A kind of rebooting is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simple Ways to Reconnect with Spirit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So, as I was thinking about all the yoga,\u00a0meditation, reading and general connecting with spirit I have been neglecting, I\u00a0saw that all I needed was a swift kick in the derriere to get myself motivated again.<\/p>\n<p>All we need\u00a0are simple tweaks in our daily routine to get back on track.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of tracks\u2026when I was composing my mood music album<strong> \u2018<\/strong><em>Nature Calling\u2019<\/em>, the first song I wrote was called \u2018<a class=\"ext-link wpel-icon-right\" href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/cherie-roe-dirksen\/harmony\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Harmony<\/a>\u2019.\u00a0 I actually composed it as a zoning out, meditation tune \u2014 a quick 5-minuter that can realign you and make you feel at peace with self and nature (which I will be offering to you as a free download below).<\/p>\n<p>So first on the list of reconnecting with self is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Take 5<\/strong> \u2014 As little as 5 minutes meditation time\u00a0can give you an added boost to your day. You can do this in silence, you can find a guided meditation that works for you (there are loads on YouTube) or you can pick a relaxing tune to chill to. I have been doing a quick 5 minute yoga stretching routine for years now\u00a0 \u2014 something I picked up from a Deepak Chopra book \u2014 and it works wonders.
