The 2016 election has been a wild ride, with two insurgent grassroots campaigns literally giving the political establishment a run for its money. But as the events of this presidential primary season play out, it\u2019s becoming clear the U.S. election \u2014 and even more so, the presidential race \u2014 is a rigged\u00a0scam being perpetrated on the American people.<\/p>\n

Events from the last week have exposed the system as an illusion of choice and a farce. They have reinforced at least one study showing the U.S. is an oligarchy<\/a> rather than a democratic republic.<\/p>\n

The Wyoming democratic caucus took place on Saturday, purportedly to allow voters to have their voices heard in the race between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton. Sanders lost the Wyoming caucus by winning it with a 12 percent margin.<\/p>\n

Wait, what?<\/p>\n

How does one lose by winning 56 percent of the votes? This happens when the political process is, according to the New York Post<\/i>, \u201crigged<\/a>\u201d by superdelegates. The Post<\/i>summed up this \u201cstrange\u201d phenomenon:<\/p>\n

\u201c[U]nder the Democratic Party\u2019s oddball delegate system, Sanders\u2019 winning streak \u2014 he has won seven out of the past eight contests \u2014 counts for little.<\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cIn fact, despite his win, he splits Wyoming\u2019s 14 pledged delegates 7 to 7 under the caucus calculus.<\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cClinton, meanwhile, also gets the state\u2019s four superdelegates \u2014 who had already pledged their allegiance to her in January. So despite \u2018losing,\u2019 she triumphs 11-7 in the delegate tally.\u201d<\/i><\/ins><\/ins><\/ins><\/p>\n
