Unfortunately, it\u2019s not so easy to reach this point for most people.\u00a0Here are\u00a0four keys to getting in the zone that you can start implementing into your life today.<\/p>\n<h2>4 Keys To Getting in The Zone<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Do something you\u2019re incredibly passionate about that really matters to you. This way the activity you\u2019re doing is intrinsically rewarding and you\u2019re receiving the benefits by participating. When you\u2019re excited about the opportunity and enjoying yourself, you\u2019ll set yourself up for a better time. If you\u2019re doing it to appease someone else or because you feel you \u201cshould,\u201d it\u2019s less likely you\u2019ll get in the zone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Prep your mind before you start. Remind yourself why you\u2019re doing it, what you want out of it, and what you gotta do to perform well and enjoy yourself. This way your attention is on the variables that matter to you. If you don\u2019t take the time to do this, you\u2019ll find yourself going through the motions, or unfocused.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Participate in an event or activity that is challenging, yet doable. Meaning, you\u2019ll want to feel like your abilities are being stretched, but that you\u2019re able to meet the challenge and your capable of doing the task. You have to believe that you CAN do what\u2019s in front of you. If the task is TOO challenging, you won\u2019t be able to let go and just do. If it\u2019s not challenging enough, you won\u2019t be mentally engaged and physically stimulated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Immerse yourself in the process. When your thoughts stray to the past or the future, are you\u2019re able to bring them back to the present? This helps you engage with each moment, one at a time and fully experience the process of what you\u2019re doing\u2026letting go of any pressures of outcome.
