As with a home this is the time that rough framing, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are installed then inspected for compliance with building codes. Your energy system also needs all of your rough framing looked at and tweaked. This would be your aura, chakras and meridians which are the driving force of your energy system but also the driving force of abundance for you. Your plumbing and electrical so to speak. So we will be taking a look at exercises and tools you can utilize to keep these things running at the highest frequency possible and letting go of low vibrational blocks such as unworthiness, shame, unforgiveness and fear.

This is when the insulation is installed. Insulation plays a key role in creating a more comfortable, consistent indoor climate while significantly improving a home's energy efficiency. One of the most important qualities of insulation is its thermal performance or R-value, which indicates how well the material resists heat transfer. In life we are put through the fires so to speak. When we are in balance and harmony throughout our energy system we have that protective layer needed to insulate us and keep us resistant to paralyzing fear and your anxious, overworking mind.
In areas where the insulation will be left exposed, such as basement walls, the batts sometimes have a special flame-resistant facing. In our energy body this would be our energetic protection and energetic boundaries that we need to put in place each day.
Drywall is now hung and taped so the seams between the boards aren't visible, and drywall texturing is completed. The primer coat of paint is also applied after taping is complete. Contractors begin installing exterior finishes such as brick, stucco, stone and siding.
We also have seams that need taping or in other words things within our energy system that need to be brought together, texture brought into our lives in the form of opening our chakras.
Then we come to the finishing touches, the trim, the installation of the driveway. The hard surfaces like flooring and countertops.
For us this would be our layers of energy boundaries and energy protection, a high vibration and an overall energy system that is in balance and harmony with our higher self.
These layers bring protection to the interior and exterior and allow the beauty of the finished product to shine through.
The same thing happens when your entire energy system is brought into balance and you are radiating from your inner and outer self. You are at your highest frequency and this creates the flow of abundance, this radiating beauty attracts those things that are also radiating at a high frequency. Once you are at this level of frequency and flow it is hard to believe what comes to you easily and effortlessly. It is almost as if as soon as you can think it, it appears. This is the peak of radical abundance. This is the finished product with all of its locks and keys in place to only let in that which is for your highest good.

She Was 100% Accurate with What She Told Me
I was surprised how powerful the session with Mary Beth was for me. About 9 years ago my husband and I trained with Eric Pearl and learned to do Reconnective Healing. The work that Mary Beth did with me a few days ago reminded me of that but it was more intense or powerful than what I had ever experienced. It is also very gentle and loving. During the session, felt like my mind was drifting like it does before I fall asleep but I knew I was not falling asleep just simply entering a peaceful state of mind. When she called me at the end of the session, I hope she realized that I can usually answer questions quickly but I was having a hard time getting back into the thinking brain. (Who would want to "wake up" from that experience?). She was 100% accurate with what she told me after the session. Here are some examples: she said I am an empath and pick up the energies of others too easily. After my son left for college my wife, of 18 years, walked out of my life. I felt emptiness, alone and lost. I was skeptical but introduced myself to distant healing. Eye-Opening Experience
When I had my energy healing session with Mary Beth, I didn't know what to expect. I was intrigued by the results that I was given. Two that really stuck out to me even weeks later are food issues with dairy and fear of success.
The minute that I became pregnant with my 3rd child, I had a reaction to dairy products and it was really interesting that Mary Beth was able to pick that up from so far away.
