Back Pain Reduced by More Than Half

Reading About B Deficiency Was Very Accurate and Significant
Janet, I just wanted to give you some more feedback. You intuited that I was low in B vitamins even though I take a lot of B vitamins. I found out yesterday that I have the MTHFR (1298) genetic mutation which means that I'm likely not able to benefit from the B vitamins I take. I have added more seeds to my diet.
