Reading About Vitamin B Deficiency Was Very Accurate and Significant
Janet, I just wanted to give you some more feedback. You intuited that I was low in B vitamins even though I take a lot of B vitamins. I found out yesterday that I have the MTHFR (1298) genetic mutation which means that I'm likely not able to benefit from the B vitamins I take. I have added more seeds to my diet. I wound up making muffins with seeds and now looking back at your reading, they sound like the seeded bread you described. I just wanted to tell you that your reading about my B deficiency was very accurate and significant. I didn't know how significant an issue it was until yesterday!! My doctor thinks this genetic mutation could be affecting many systems of my body and could explain many symptoms.
