Help for a Gulf War Veteran

I am 39 years old and a Gulf War Veteran. I was in the Army's 82nd Airborne Division in the Gulf from August of 1990 to April of 1991. At the time I was in good health and physical condition. I had no symptoms upon returning to the States. Only after about four years I started running out of energy and experiencing hair loss. As the years went by my symptoms developed into chronic fatigue, brain fog, headaches, sensitive to cold, bad dreams and occasional negative thoughts. I was never treated for any symptoms or on medications.

I was looking into alternative medicine when I met Carol and was introduced to her energy medicine. Got Off the Cholesterol Meds

I went to see Carol Keppler at the urging of my sister who had been on the AltWaters™ System. I had extremely high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. I had been on many medications and drugs to lower the cholesterol. I experienced severe side effects from everything I took. The last straw was when I was on one medication for about a week when I went blind in my left eye and became so fearful. I experienced hallucinations...snakes coming out of the walls and overwhelming fear. I stopped taking the medication and decided to search for another way to lower the cholesterol and triglyceride levels. I also had headaches daily.

No Trace of the Hepatitis C

I had been diagnosed with hepatitis C in the mid-1990's following a liver biopsy. My symptoms were typical of liver disease. I was always exhausted and never felt good. The treatment at the time was to go on an injectable medication, which I was able to tolerate for about 9 weeks. It was just horrible. I gave myself a shot one day, the following day I had to just stay in bed to recover and then I could give myself another shot and try to return to work. Anyway, the medicine did nothing to improve my condition. It just made my hair fall out and made me feel even weaker. I did the AltWaters™ System in 2001 and have been very compliant since the beginning with her recommendations of foods to include and exclude. I started getting more energy as time went on and the next liver biopsy I had, maybe 10 years later showed that I had Stage 0 levels of the virus. I already knew that I was feeling so much more energetic. I guess the main symptom of the virus that I experienced was exhaustion and that was totally gone. I know that in my past I did many things to my body that were very bad for my liver like drinking and legal and illegal drug use. There is absolutely no trace of any of that in my liver anymore with the Stage 0 diagnosis. I could not be happier. We can clear any and all systemic abnormalities by following Carol's program. It is unbelievable to have turned this liver disaster around. I so appreciate being able to have Carol and her miraculous program in my life.

Relief for Painful Arches

My arches were trying to fall and I was in a great deal of pain in my feet. Very quickly, the pain had worked its way up my legs and into my lower back. This has happened before, and it's always taken a few days to subside. Every step was agony and I have a job that keeps me on my feet. Carol told me to put 2 half-droppers of NoPain/NoItch into my water, and to put 2 more right into my mouth. That night the pain was already subsiding! By the next morning I didn't even think about it until I got to work and was walking all around. I came across my reminder to use the NoPain/NoItch and realized that I didn't need it! I felt great!

That night, I danced for hours, and did some juggling, too. I love dancing and juggling but haven't been able to do much of it for years because of a nasty car accident. Poison Symptoms Gone

During early in the year I was in Kauai, HI for winter. I was renting the place where the owner had an organic garden and there was a coconut palm tree with good coconuts which are alkaline by nature. I was drinking one every day. In few days my tongue began to swell, so I thought my body must be turning acidic so I began to drink more coconut water from the tree in the yard with green loam around the tree. I started not feeling myself. The next day, my tongue turned white and fluffy and was hurting.

I was almost heading towards the emergency room. I am 53 years old and have been on this program for 4½ years. I have worn contacts for 40 years and went for my yearly check-up where my ophthalmologist informed me that for the third straight year my eyes had improved from when he first began treating my eyes. I have improved my eyesight 50%. I feel this improvement is directly related to the AltWaters™ formulas. Disappearing Diabetes

First of all I have been a diabetic Type II for 4 years. I have been taking medicine which not only made me feel bad but also attributed to my gaining 60 lbs. I was also taking medicine for high blood pressure and taking medicine for a skin condition called folliculitis. I had to have a physical yesterday. My glucose came back at a healthy 105. My blood pressure was 101 over 68, and I no longer have the skin rash that I took an antibiotic for the last 4 years. I no longer have the aches and pains that come with the diabetes.

The doctor looked over my chart and said, 'Why did you mark you have diabetes?' I was very skeptical at first when I started this but I can tell you I no longer need any medicines now, I'm able to get off the couch and do things I never felt like doing before, and I feel 100% better than I did for several years. About my lung test, the nurse looked at the results and asked me how old I was. I said 50 years old and she said there was no way I was 50 because the results of my lung test showed I was 30. It's great to feel good again and I owe it all to AltWaters™ and Carol.

Fibroid Tumor Dissolved

In December I had a routine exam. My doctor thought I may have a fibroid and ordered an ultrasound. The ultrasound revealed a 5 cm uterine fibroid tumor. I was then referred to another doctor, who after another examination ordered a CT scan. The CT scan showed a 7 cm fibroid tumor. After a consultation with the doctor, I was told I needed to have a hysterectomy. I asked if there was something I could do to shrink the tumor. I was told I could take pills to make my body think it was menopausal. Since I was 41, I had 10 more years before menopause. The doctor said the tumor would continue to grow until menopause and cause problems.

After this news I was determined to find something other than surgery to correct this problem. My mother and other family members have used the AltWaters™ products. I decided to give them a try. After consulting with Carol Keppler, I began the AltWaters™ program in February. At first the change in diet was a bit difficult and there were a few days I had some discomfort from the cleansing process but overall it was a very good experience. In late April I had another ultrasound. I met with my doctor a few days later. She walked in the room and said, 'I don't know how to explain this but your tumor is gone.' It had shrunk to 1.4 cm. Got My Mom Back

My mother was found incoherent from low blood sugar and was brought to the emergency room. The doctor said she should not live alone and she went into the community nursing home. About July she was brought to a psychiatrist and put on medication, we never learned why. She started losing her appetite and weight and by fall was not communicating well. No More Low Energy or Migraines

It had been several years since I felt energy for any great length of time. This wasn't even realized until I really started feeling well. Most of my energy was used to accomplish only what I had to do, using any leftover time from the day to 'rest,' only to generate more energy. I needed almost more hours of sleep in one day than one day contains.

Flipping the Switch

I wanted to share a recent shift in my awareness with you after drinking the water regarding 'flipping the switch.' As you know my family and I have been using the water for the past three and a half years and we have experienced wonderful benefits in our overall health. Recently however as I was drinking the water I experienced a notable shift in my perception almost as if a switch was turned on. Here are a few of the things that happened and have been with me ever since:

I felt a clearing of negative mental chatter almost as if a cloud was removed from my thinking and shifting my perception of the world around me including a feeling of peace and serenity. I now have been better able to embrace a more positive mindset. I also experienced an increase in confidence with a freedom to finally be me and no longer feel the need to "people please" which has somewhat stifled my growth all these years. The shift also included the feeling of not being "stuck" anymore. It seems as if a door has been open allowing me to step into a place to finally pursue my purpose. Cysts Cleared and Hysterectomy Avoided

My girlfriend came to visit from Houston. She informed me that she was scheduled for surgery in one month for a hysterectomy due to cysts and a lot of other female health issues. She had been trying to avoid this for as long as possible. I took her to see Carol and she purchased the AltWaters™ System, which she used and gradually healed and cleared all her cysts. She never required surgery. She continues to do fine without problems.

My Menopausal Symptoms Subsided

I got the kit because of all of my menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, water retention, insomnia and irritability — to name a few. The hot flashes occur less frequently, and the water retention has started to subside — I now have wrists! My fingers are starting to become more defined. This is also in my feet and ankles. I'm sleeping much better — normally getting up only once during the night. I am able to cope with my daily problems easier… I have had few dental problems this year.

I was told I had colon cancer. I had been having severe stomach cramping and diarrhea on and off for several months. Recovery for a Silicon Valley Burn-Out

After seven years at a stressful, fast-paced, high-tech job, I thought I was really losing it. I couldn't get going in the mornings, had severe brain fog, and was finding it harder and harder to focus on my overwhelming task lists. I became increasingly depressed and started spiraling down.
