Each treatment session is customized for each client because everyone is a different person. There is no cookbook for everyone. For your private session Bernadette asks her clients to select 1 emotional issue they have been unable to resolve in their lifetime. She approaches healing this way because emotional issues have a direct effect on your physical health. She begins each session by making an energetic connection also known as an alignment and attunement with Source energy and asks for the highest and best good to happen for you.
Then, using an ancient Tibetan energetic technique, she first balances the energy centers or chakras of the body to get a baseline of where any restrictions are and what is needed. The nervous system of the body is balanced next. If the person's energy is low she balances the places in the body that bring in restorative and extra support like the spleen. Next, she assesses where the issue is stuck in your energy system. In most cases, it is stuck in more than one area. She thinks about the issue and you think about the issue. Relief from Chronic Back Pain from an Old Injury
I have had chronic back pain from an old injury suffered in a car accident over 15 years ago. I had a treatment from Bernadette in which she managed to connect the persistence of the injury to other emotional trauma suffered at almost the same time. Felt Energy On, Around and Inside
How did it feel to be worked on during Esoteric Healing Class 1? Physically, I could feel energy on, around and inside of me. A 360 Degree Turn in a Matter of 24 Hours
I recently found myself dealing with so many stressful situations at one time that I could barely speak coherently, as well as feeling like I was physically falling apart. Resumed Hiking Without Pain… Truly a Master of Her Craft
I am a 70 year-old man and during 2009/2010 I was in severe pain in the lower back area and was suffering from right side hamstring tightness. I spent two years with physical therapists with marginal results. It appears that only my hamstring tightness was being treated. I knew about Bernadette and she was helping me with esoteric healing which I found to be very beneficial for me. I had previously completed some training myself in this area.
