Before my self-healing session using the Holographic LightBody detox protocol I was feeling SO tired and drained. This seemed odd as I had been noticing an increase in energy and flow and ideas and ability to get all kinds of things done in less time the 3 or 4 days prior… so when I checked in about what I could do for that I was Guided to this protocol and though I felt soooo ready to be off-screen and possibly go to bed early (it was only 7pm) I chose to do the self-healing session. Liver Discomfort is Gone!
For a month I had been struggling with liver [discomfort], sudden onset nausea that came as fast as it went with no discernible pattern, and extreme fatigue that would send me to bed for long naps where I would sleep up to 2 hours at a stretch. My Chakras Got More Activated!

Mini-Healing ‘Miracle’ for My Bowel Issues
I submitted a healing request for constipation and bowel issues, as I had been having ongoing but worsening constipation to the point of recurring fissures and a concerning amount of blood loss*, also very painful as you can imagine (sorry to be graphic). After the healing things improved and healed much faster, to the point that the extreme symptoms went away and even constipation is now a rarity. Didn’t Need Painkillers for My Horrible Migraine*
I tend to forget that I have the tools to manage pain, so most of the time I go straight for painkillers instead of going within and connecting to stillness.
