MEGA Improvements - Knee Feels Lighter With Less Discomfort
My knee is so much better… I could use my right leg to step up on my patio today – something I have been unable to do for 6+months. I can lie with my leg completely straight in bed – not having to prop it up with a pillow under the knee. For the first time in nearly a year, I can not only lie on either side, AND I am able to maneuver my body on the bed without [any discomfort], to do so! I was worried about lying on my right side as any pressure coming from either inner or outer side of the right knee previously, was unbearable, even with a soft pillow between my thighs.
Today however, the weight of the left knee on the right knee when lying on my right side if anything was comforting. I realise it’s early days however, and I will have to see how a longer period of time sleeping on my right hand side goes tonight.
